Welcome to RiseUP. By participating in our programs, accessing our website, or engaging with our events, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully.

1. About RiseUP

RiseUP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teens and young adults through workshops, mentorship, and leadership development. As a nonprofit, our mission is educational and community-driven rather than commercial.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must generally be between the ages of 13–25.

• If you are under 18, you must have parent/guardian consent to participate.

• By registering for any program, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Program Participation

• RiseUP reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule programs as needed.

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with staff, mentors, and peers.

• Inappropriate behavior (harassment, discrimination, abuse, or disruption) may result in removal from programs without refund or continued access.

4. Contributions & Support

• Donations to RiseUP are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Contributions support our programs and are used in line with our nonprofit mission.

• RiseUP does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment opportunities, or other benefits beyond program participation.

5. Intellectual Property

• All RiseUP content (workshop materials, website content, logos, and resources) is the property of RiseUP unless otherwise credited.

• You may use materials provided for personal, educational purposes only.

• Participants retain ownership of their own creative work but grant RiseUP permission to highlight anonymized success stories, testimonials, or media (with prior consent).

6. Privacy & Data Use

• RiseUP respects participant privacy and collects limited personal information only for registration, communication, and program purposes.

• We do not sell or rent participant information.

• RiseUP programs provide general guidance, mentorship, and educational resources. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

• Participation in programs is voluntary. RiseUP is not liable for any decisions participants make based on the information shared.
