FireFly is a leadership and speaker development experience for young adults ready to turn their voice into impact. This isn’t just about confidence—it’s about learning how to communicate ideas that move people, lead conversations that matter, and step into real leadership. Participants develop and deliver powerful talks, grow as facilitators, and gain opportunities to lead in their communities. FireFly doesn’t just prepare individuals to speak—it prepares them to lead, train, and inspire. Our first cohort launches this fall—and spots are limited.
