Young Professionals Cohort(20-30 year olds)

• FireFly is a leadership and speaker development experience for young adults ready to turn their voice into impact.

• This isn’t just about confidence—it’s about learning how to communicate ideas that move people, lead conversations that matter, and step into real leadership.

• Participants develop and deliver powerful talks, grow as facilitators, and gain opportunities to lead in their communities.

• FireFly doesn’t just prepare individuals to speak—it prepares them to lead, train, and inspire.

Train-the-Trainer

Build leaders who don’t just participate—but can lead.

Our Train-the-Trainer track is designed for professional groups, nonprofits, and school teams who want to develop confident, capable facilitators from within.

Participants learn how to lead effective workshops and trainings that are engaging, intentional, and impactful.
