• Young Professionals Cohort: Storytelling & Public Speaking
  Participants learn how to transform their personal stories into powerful presentations, gaining skills in stage presence, delivery, and authentic connection.

• Leadership Development
  FireFly equips professionals with the tools needed to grow as leaders—focusing on communication, collaboration, and confidence.

• Train-the-Trainer
  Focuses on preparing participants to lead workshops and trainings. Through this track, participants learn facilitation skills, group dynamics, emotional safety, and how to design engaging sessions. We want to help make participants capable trainers who can multiply impact by teaching others.
